Construction of a school building including 24 standard classrooms, 6 specialized classrooms, teachers' offices, a gym, a cafeteria with a kitchen, and a 100-seat auditorium.

The ground area is 1,700 m², and the SIA volume is 25,905 m³

Technical specifications

The L-shaped building has two floors above the ground level, and a basement.

The two classroom and office levels, located above the semi-buried gym, rest on prestressed beams with a 16-m span and load-bearing walls.

Special attention has been paid to the quality of the wall concrete, of which 90% is exposed concrete.
