Construction of a group of four residential buildings, an office building and a two-level underground car park.

The project has been entrusted to six civil engineering firms, including Perreten & Milleret SA for the underground car park, the utility network and a retention basin.

Technical specifications

• The underground car park is on two levels. 
• There are 556 parking spaces
• The area is approximately 228 m x 32 to 45 m
• Part of the 2nd basement level, on the south-east side, has been designed as a public Protection & Support shelter with room for 800 persons.
• Part of the structure of Building A rests on two rows of columns of the car park structure.
• The north-east facade of Building B rests on the containment wall of the car park.
• The south-west facade of Building C also rests on the containment wall of the car park.
• Parts of Buildings D and E rest on a row of columns of the car park and on its containment wall.
• The entire structure is made of reinforced concrete.
