Perreten & Milleret SA enforces an active continuous training policy, by giving its employees extensive opportunities to update and deepen their skills.
We also contribute to professional development by having on a permanent basis civil engineering draughtsmen apprentices on our staff. The 4-year apprenticeship is certified by the Swiss Federal Capacity Certificate (CFC). Professional coaching and family atmosphere are conducive to inspiration, motivation and fulfilment.
Moreover, the firm regularly hosts trainees during their education at CEPTA, HEPIA or EPFL, as well as secondary school pupils who are curious about civil engineering or environmental engineering careers. The duration of these internships varies from one day to several months, depending on the interests of the trainee and the availability of our staff.
